Returns & Refunds Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Please be aware that not all products purchased from Tuned By Anton qualify for return or refund. Items specifically sourced or ordered from suppliers upon customer request, particularly those that are not regularly stocked items, are non-returnable and non-refundable.
We accept returns within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
For items that are eligible, returns processed via your original payment method will incur a restocking fee of 15%. Alternatively, you may select to receive store credit equivalent to the full purchase amount.
Products that have been opened, installed, test-fitted, damaged, or have incomplete or compromised packaging or components cannot be returned.
Please note, original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable, unless otherwise stipulated by Australian Consumer Law.
Should Tuned By Anton supply an incorrect part or a component that does not fit your vehicle or intended purpose as clearly specified by us, we will cover the costs associated with returning the item and will provide either a full refund or an exchange.
We strongly encourage careful consideration when selecting your purchases, as refunds due to change of mind are not provided.
Order Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of orders for products that Tuned By Anton does not regularly stock, and which are sourced specifically from our suppliers, cannot be accommodated once the supplier has initiated processing or shipment.
Special orders or custom-made items are not eligible for cancellation once production or procurement is underway.
Transaction-Related Fees
Orders cancelled after using payment services such as Afterpay or Zip Money will attract a 6% processing fee. For cancellations processed via PayPal, a 2.5% transaction fee will apply.
Exchanges for alternative products within the Tuned By Anton catalogue will not attract additional cancellation fees, although other standard return or transaction fees will be applicable.
Procedure for Returns
To initiate a return, contact Tuned By Anton directly by phone or email to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging and shipping the item back to Tuned By Anton. Items must be sent via a reliable courier offering tracking and insurance. Returned goods must be in pristine original condition, accompanied by their original packaging. Clearly display the provided RMA number on the package, addressing it to:

Processing of Refunds
Upon receipt and approval of the returned product, refunds will be processed within 48 hours. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been completed.
